Artashes Hakobyan graduated from the French Department at Yerevan State University of Languages and Social Sciences named after Valery Brusov. He has also received training in graphic design and studied web programming at the Microsoft Innovation Center Armenia.

Artashes has participated in various volunteer initiatives and serves as a leader-volunteer at the Armenian Red Cross Society. He joined the Community Development NGO team in 2023.
