Through the initiative of the Taratumb Community Center, young people aged 14–30 from the Aghnjadzor rural community participated in an SMM (Social Media Marketing) two-month training program.
With the guidance of Hasmik Yeghyan, participants strengthened their digital skills and gained practical knowledge to help them enter the modern job market.
During the program, participants learned:
- How to use key social media tools
- The principles of creating engaging and effective content
- Advertising setup, management, and performance analysis
A key feature of the training was its practical approach. Participants immediately applied their new knowledge by creating social media pages and digital campaigns focused on environmental issues.
As a result, these digitally skilled young people are now prepared to use their competencies to contribute to the development and well-being of their community.
The program was implemented by the Community Development NGO, with the support of the German organization Brot für die Welt, within the framework of the Improvement of Income Possibilities in Rural Areas project.
