Lilit Khachatryan has a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature.
Lilit has worked and collaborated with many national and international institutions as a monitoring and evaluation specialist, program coordinator and manager, lecturer, and translator.
Ms. Khachatryan participated in several seminars, workshops, and conferences on topics related to the professional and public sectors in different countries.
