Kima Kirakosyan graduated from Yerevan State University with a degree in Philosophy and Psychology. She has participated in several volunteer initiatives, which have allowed her to gain valuable experience and deepen her knowledge in working with youth.

Kima joined the organization in 2022, having previously completed a work internship at the Community Development NGO.
