Monitoring Visit to Community Development NGO

On February 27, Community Development NGO welcomed Ms. Florence Provandie, Coordinator of French-Armenian cooperation at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, and Ms. Aimee Faujanet-Barberis, Attaché for Decentralized Cooperation and Civil Society at the Embassy of France in Armenia, for a monitoring visit.

At the beginning of the visit, the guests were introduced to the organization’s activities and ongoing programs. They then visited the sewing workshop group, implemented with the support of the French association L’Œuvre d’Orient and the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. The delegation observed the training process, engaged in discussions with participants, and explored how the program contributes to their professional development and future employment opportunities.

As part of the monitoring visit, the delegation also toured the newly established nursery, whose foundation works commenced in October of the previous year. On-site, they reviewed the progress achieved to date and discussed the project’s implementation and future development prospects.

The meeting reaffirmed the shared vision and common objective of promoting sustainable community development and long-term progress.
