The three-month internship has ended.

The three-month internship program has come to a successful close, marking yet another achievement in the work of the Community Development NGO. The young participants, now equipped with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, are ready to enter the job market with confidence.

The program served as a unique platform where youth had the opportunity to explore their strengths, enhance their professional competencies, and, most importantly, gain hands-on experience, an essential foundation for navigating today’s dynamic and competitive labor market with stability and confidence.

Throughout the internship, the “learning by doing” methodology was applied, allowing participants to go beyond theory by engaging in real tasks and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the organization. This practical approach significantly enriched their skill sets and deepened their understanding of professional workflows.

Today, we can confidently state that a new generation of professionals has emerged, proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented, capable of making quick decisions, analyzing complex situations, and approaching challenges with creativity and confidence.

The Community Development NGO implemented the three-month internship program with the support of the German organization Brot für die Welt.
