Early childhood development and preschool education play a decisive role in shaping an individual’s personality. Skilled and well-trained educators are invaluable during this crucial stage of a child’s growth.

In line with this approach, the Community Development NGO, with the support of the German organization Brot für die Welt, organized a three-day professional training course in the Yeghegnadzor community of the Vayots Dzor region. The training was attended by staff from private kindergartens. The sessions were conducted by renowned and experienced experts in the field, Arevik Khugeyan and Irina Ponomarenko, who shared the latest knowledge and skills with the participants. An effective platform was established for professional exchange and the acquisition of new knowledge. Participants received clear guidance on child psychology, organization of care, and effective implementation of educational programs.

We are confident that this initiative will contribute to improving the quality of preschool education and help create a nurturing environment for the full and holistic development of children.
