During the course, they enhanced their skills in teamwork, leadership, and facilitation.

Through theoretical and practical sessions, interactive games, and group activities, they developed their communication and collaboration abilities.

They learned essential skills for working effectively with teenagers.

Equipped with new knowledge and competencies, our leaders are ready to responsibly lead the adolescents throughout the summer camp, ensuring them an engaging and fulfilling experience.

The program is implemented with the support of the Swiss organization HEKS-EPER within the framework of the Youth for Peace in the South Caucasus project.
