The Community Development NGO, in partnership with the German organization Brot für die Welt has launched a three-month internship program designed for active and goal-oriented young people aged 21 to 35.

The program is based on the “learning by doing” approach. This approach allows participants to apply theoretical knowledge directly through hands-on involvement in the planning and implementing of real projects. It fosters initiative, creative thinking, and teamwork skills.

Throughout the internship, special attention is given to developing skills that are in high demand in today’s job market, including: effective communication, both verbal and written,

practical use of English in written and spoken formats, media literacy, and more.

The program also helps participants identify their areas of interest, receive professional guidance, and gain practical experience that is essential for moving forward confidently and sustainably in the modern labor market.

The Community Development NGO believes that strong communities are built by engaged, educated, and aware youth. This initiative not only promotes individual growth but also brings a new quality to regional community life by engaging innovative, caring, and active young participants.
