On March 5, the Community Development NGO had the honor of welcoming Ms. Dominique Weiss, Associate in Charge of Educational and Cultural Cooperation at the French Embassy in Armenia along with the Embassy representative Syuzan Torosyan, in a warm and cordial atmosphere.
During the meeting, the organization provided a comprehensive overview of its initiatives, which span various domains, including integration, youth engagement, education, and cultural programs. Special attention was given to the NGO’s support programs for forcibly displaced persons from Ukraine and Artsakh, reflecting its commitment to humanitarian assistance and social inclusion. A key highlight of the discussion was the presentation of the “Mashtots” publishing house, one of the organization’s projects. This initiative plays a vital role in fostering intercultural dialogue and strengthening cultural ties between Armenia and the broader international community.
Ms. Weiss commended the NGO’s extensive efforts and acknowledged its significant contributions to community development and intercultural cooperation. Ms. Weiss emphasized her appreciation for the organization’s diverse initiatives, recognizing their role in reinforcing the longstanding friendship between Armenia and France.
