FROM SEPTEMBER 2 TO 6 OF THIS YEAR, THE SECOND PHASE OF THE CHEF TRAINING COURSE WAS HELD IN COLLABORATION WITH SEDRAK MAMULYAN CULINARY STUDIO

The course welcomed both forcibly displaced people from Artsakh/Nagorno Karabakh and local individuals.

The project aimed to enhance the participants’ competitiveness and develop their skills as professional chefs.

This session offered both theoretical and practical training. Under the guidance of Sedrak Mamulyan and his assistant, Anna Matevosyan, the chefs prepared a variety of national dishes, further honing their culinary skills.

At the conclusion of the project, participants received certificates of completion.
