We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of an intensive pastry course organized by Community Development NGO, with the generous financial support of Danish Mission East NGO.
This course brought together 20 participants, including those displaced people from Artsakh/NK and local compatriots, to enhance their professional skills. The course plan was meticulously developed by Lika Mesropyan, founder of Laki Dessert Art Studio.
The course also featured Karen Ashughatoian, an experienced French-Armenian pastry chef, who shared various recipes and professional secrets with the participants.
During the project, a raffle was held, and Artsakh people participants Alina Mkrtchyan and Mara Mnatsakanyan won free access to online chocolate-making courses at Laki Dessert Art Studio! Each participant received a certificate of participation.
Abraham Mkrtchyan, primate of the Vayots Dzor Diocese, and project manager Tatev Harutyunyan delivered inspiring speeches on the importance of such projects and the application of the acquired knowledge. Tatev Harutyunyan also emphasized the project’s continuity and future provision of necessary tools to ensure employment.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Lika Mesropyan and her team for their dedication and professionalism, and to all the participants for their involvement. We sincerely hope this course will be the foundation of their professional achievements.
